Forms & Brevo
We process information submitted through newsletter and contact forms to send requested updates or answer enquiries. This may include your name, email address, company, role, message, signup source, event identifier, language, consent record, and engagement information. We use Brevo as our email and contact-management service provider. Newsletter details are transferred to Brevo only after you submit the form; Brevo then sends a confirmation email, and you are added to the newsletter list only after confirming your address (double opt-in). Investor enquiries are passed to Brevo to deliver the message to our inbox and are not added to the newsletter list. Brevo processes this information on our behalf. According to Brevo, its primary database hosting is located within the European Union.
Matomo analytics
With your consent, we use Matomo to understand how this website and the Drive Hive mini-game are used and to improve their content, usability, and performance. The tracker is hosted at https://matomo.netzdesign.io. Matomo is not loaded and no analytics request is sent until you select “Allow analytics” in the cookie banner. The legal basis for this processing is your consent.
Analytics data
After consent, Matomo may process the requested page URL and title, the previously visited page, date and time, clicked downloads and external links, page performance, browser language, device and browser information, screen resolution, and the IP address transmitted with the request. The IP address may be used to derive an approximate location. We do not use Matomo to intentionally collect names, email addresses, or the four-letter mini-game leaderboard name. Analytics records are retained only for as long as needed for aggregate evaluation and are then deleted or aggregated according to the deletion settings of our Matomo installation.
Consent storage & withdrawal
Necessary local storage records your analytics choice under “lp-cookie-choice” so the website can remember it. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time using the button below. This removes the saved choice and shows the cookie banner again after the page reloads. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics tracking; it does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Retention & your rights
We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the stated purpose or applicable legal obligations. You may withdraw consent and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing by emailing privacy@lump-production.com.
Supervisory authority
You may lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority. For Baden-Württemberg, this is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg (LfDI Baden-Württemberg).
